Finished birth control

Tonight was the last night of my wife taking birth control. Now she just continues Lupron until she gets a period, or November 30th, whichever comes first. Things are really moving along! It's exciting, but nerve-wracking at the same time, you know?

your site was recommended to me yesterday...i'm hoping a jewish perspective might be helpful and encouraging. hearing a guy's point of view is unique...my husband doesn't say much- just tells me not to get my hopes up so i won't be disappointed. best wishes to you and your wife.

Well, welcome to my blog. Hope it inspires you somewhat. Keep reading, and keep posting comments! Also, just give me a plug on your blog if you can, I'm always trying to get more people to read mine :)

hey found your blog and it's so nice to get a guy's perspective, especially a frum guy. I think in the velt, infertility is even harder with so many people having so many babies and pretty much everyone knowing that you're having "issues" and constantly asking subtly and not so subtly. Anyhow, I'm following your blog and keeping my hopes up for you guys. I found out last New Year's Eve that I was finally pregnant and our beautiful daughter was born in September. I hope you can say the same! Freilich Chanuka!

Hey There, I've been following your blog for a few weeks so thought I'd let you know I'm out there. We have been blessed with one child ... got pregnant on our wedding night. She is now 18 months old and we've been trying for a second child for 9 months. It's nice to know I'm not alone and there are other Jews having the same struggles. It's difficult to live in a Jewish community with people all around us having child after child and us not being able to get pregnant again. Thanks for keeping me updated on your situation.
